I'm the founder of dera.ai, an agentic engineering consultancy in Tokyo. We work with SMB leaders, founders, and change-makers who want AI infrastructure built around their business — not the other way around. We don't just advise. We build alongside you, with AI as team member.

I believe there's a future for small teams with smart AI systems. That's what I help people create at dera.

What I'm building

dera news — an AI intelligence platform. Multiple AI layers handle source aggregation across 30+ feeds, editorial scoring, and bilingual delivery. The newsletter is the weekly output — every Monday morning, 5 minutes — but the system behind it is what I build for clients.

Ramen Road — a geo-location game turning ramen culture into collectible experiences. Still in beta. It's a side project, but it's also a proof of concept for branded social games.
